Yirgacheffe is often the most famous producing region in Ethiopia. People fell in love with the floral and citric profiles that the washing process brought out in the coffees of Yirgacheffe, and almost instantly this small town became famous for its coffee. In the last decade the Worka Chelbessa community has become renowned for producing coffees of stunning quality and examples of just how good Ethiopian coffees can be. We love this coffee for it is a delicate, sweet and refreshing treat! Tastes lovely served over ice as well!
