Three Ethiopian coffees, three processing methods, one box. Processing is how the fruit comes off the coffee bean before it’s dried, and it changes what ends up in your cup more than most people expect. Brew these side by side and taste the difference for yourself.

Washed: Guji Shikisso Hadeso
Crisp, clean, and tea-like. We taste peach, black tea, and Chambord.

Honey: Wasa Sidama
Deeper and rounder. We taste black tea, pineapple syrup, and melon.

Natural: Wasa Sidama
Full-bodied, sweet, and fruit-forward. We taste berry jam, milk chocolate, and watermelon candy.
