Yirgacheffe is often the most famous producing region in Ethiopia. People fell in love with the floral and citric profiles that the washing process brought out in the coffees of Yirgacheffe, and almost instantly this small town became famous for its coffee. The love of Ethiopian natural coffees is generally an “a-ha” moment for coffee lovers as they smell and taste like nothing else and are often gateways into the exploration of specialty coffee. In the last decade, the Worka Chelbessa community has become renowned for producing coffees of stunning quality and examples of just how good Ethiopian coffees can be. We are proud to offer both the washed and natural processed offerings from this legendary group!
